200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training
About the program
In our 200 hours Multi-style TTC we ensure that you are given a full round view of yoga asana and also offer insight into the YIN and restorative yoga, to ensure you have enough tools to be able to teach variety of classes.
At the beginning of the course we start with Ashtanga primary series practice, to make sure we have a strong stable asana and pranayama practice, then we start to touch base on different styles like HATHA, SIVANANDA, and VINYASA. Our dynamic vinyasa flows emphasizes on the internal awareness as well as external form.
You can take this training to deepen your own personal knowledge and practice in yoga, or to start sharing and teaching, as we make sure you’ll walk out confident enough and certified to teach a safe well prepared class to different people with different backgrounds and limitations
About The Teacher
When Farah came back to Jordan after taking many yoga courses in India/Nepal/Himalayan mountains, she decided to share the knowledge and benefits of yoga with the people who might need it the most:
People with Post Traumatic Stress (PTS)
People living in ruler areas
People with injuries, back pain, stress
Farah started working on a specific program combining the physical yoga poses with breathing techniques that can help in trauma release, as well as mindfulness meditation sessions that can guide people into finding a calm and steady body/mind to release stress and maintain their productive peaceful lives.
Farah is an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) with more than 500 hours of experience and practice, she started Namaste zone in 2015 in order to share the knowledge and benefits of such practice. She led more than five 200 hours accredited yoga teacher training courses and graduated more than 40 yoga teachers who are now teaching in different places or they just took the course to deepen their own practice
